Zorba IPTV offers information about streaming plans and related setup support. Service features, available content, device compatibility and geographic availability may vary. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the service in compliance with laws applicable to you.
Plans and orders
Plan duration, connection count, prices and applicable taxes are shown before you submit an order. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Submission of an order does not guarantee immediate activation. Our team may contact you using the email or WhatsApp number supplied at checkout to confirm the next steps.
Payments and refunds
Only payment methods actually presented and enabled during checkout are available. Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive payment credentials through messages. Refunds, cancellations and any applicable statutory rights are governed by the refund policy and mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, resell it without permission, interfere with its operation, share credentials beyond your purchased connection limit, or infringe the rights of others.

Streaming availability and functionality may depend on third-party networks, apps, devices and rights holders. Third-party terms may apply. You are responsible for using only content and applications you are authorised to access.
Service changes and availability
We may maintain, update or change website features. Internet conditions, device limitations and third-party services can affect playback. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or the availability of any specific channel, event or title.
Liability and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zorba IPTV is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
